Jose Manuel Lopez, 24, and Juan Carlos Conchas, 23, have been sentenced to federal prison for their roles in a conspiracy to commit armed robbery while impersonating DEA agents in Josephine County, Oregon. Both men, along with four co-conspirators, traveled from Texas to steal over 200 pounds of marijuana in March 2022, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the law through their elaborate disguise and firearms.
The two men received sentences of 63 months and 40 months, respectively, and were ordered to pay restitution to the robbery victim.
