Two 18-year-olds, William Duvall and Alanta Patrick, are arrested for armed robbery after allegedly targeting A&S Tobacco and Vape in Leland, Brunswick County. The pair is charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony conspiracy, following a theft that involved the alleged threat of a firearm.
According to court records, the suspects stole $2,500 in THC products from the store while reportedly claiming to have a gun in their car. Both are currently held without bond and are scheduled for their first court appearance on Monday, raising questions about youth crime and safety in the community.
