Boynton Beach Police have arrested Willie Kemp in connection with a November armed robbery at a Jersey Mike’s restaurant, utilizing surveillance footage from the incident to link him to similar crimes in the area. The robbery, which took place on November 21, 2024, prompted authorities to seek public assistance in identifying the suspect, described as a Black male between 35 and 45 years old, dressed in distinctive clothing.
After an extensive investigation involving collaboration with the Palm Springs Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Kemp was apprehended on January 16, 2025. He is currently held at the Palm Beach County Jail, facing additional charges related to his alleged criminal activities, reflecting a concerning trend of knife-point robberies in the region that authorities are now addressing.
