The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has arrested a 17-year-old boy from Wimauma following a lengthy investigation into illegal firearms and narcotics. The operation, initiated on July 16, led detectives to discover an alarming collection of weapons, including a modified Glock and AR-style pistols, linked to the teen’s residence.
During a search warrant execution, authorities confiscated various firearms, including a Glock 19 equipped with a machine gun conversion device, alongside an array of drugs such as crack cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, and fentanyl. As the investigation continues, HCSO indicates additional charges against the teen may be forthcoming, emphasizing the serious nature of this case.
