Rochester Police have arrested Marleny Aguasvivas, a 37-year-old woman, in connection with an armed robbery at ESL Bank that occurred on March 20. The incident took place when Aguasvivas entered the bank wearing a medical mask and handed the teller a note demanding cash while implying she was armed.
Following a search warrant executed by the Rochester Area Major Crimes Task Force, police detained Aguasvivas and charged her with third-degree robbery. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Rochester City Court, marking a swift response from law enforcement in addressing this crime.
