A woman named Lyrical Tanner faces multiple felony charges after being arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Truist Bank in Seven Lakes on Tuesday morning. Witnesses reported that she entered the bank around 11 a.m., demanded cash while claiming to possess a firearm, and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
Law enforcement officials promptly identified Tanner as a suspect, apprehending her around 1 p.m. Investigators recovered a BB gun and the cash believed to have been stolen from the bank. Currently held without bond at the Moore County Detention Center, Tanner is set to appear in court on January 7, facing charges that include felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of controlled substances.
