Abigail Guerrero, 31, faces sentencing on September 12 after being convicted for her involvement in an armed robbery committed by her boyfriend at the El Ranchito restaurant in Green Bay. Guerrero pleaded no contest to being party to the crime, with additional charges dismissed following her case.
During the robbery on February 17, 2024, Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche brandished a gun and threatened staff, making off with about $13,000. The crime was premeditated; Guerrero had prior knowledge of Fuentes-Nietzsche’s plan to rob the restaurant and even identified the weapon used during the heist. Authorities revealed that the stolen money was reportedly spent on a luxury car and other personal expenses, adding a disturbing layer to the case.
