Woman Injured in Crossbow Attack at N.J. Workplace

A woman is hospitalized after being shot in the face with a crossbow while at her job in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Police responded to the incident just before 6 p.m. Monday but discovered that the shooter had fled the scene, leaving the authorities searching for leads on the assailant.

The victim was quickly transported to a local hospital, where she is being treated for serious injuries but is currently in stable condition. Investigators from both the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the local police department are looking into the circumstances surrounding the attack, which took place at an undisclosed business along Route 46.
