The incident occurred around 8:30 PM when a heavy-set man, armed with a gun, confronted an employee and demanded money from the register. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during this alarming event.
The suspect is described as wearing a cover over his head and a blanket or shawl adorned with wrestling logos as he fled the scene in a white Kia Soul, which investigators believe was partially covered in duct tape. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Franklin Police Department or submit tips anonymously for a potential reward through Crime Stoppers. The community’s help is crucial in bringing this suspect to justice.
