A North Carolina man faces multiple charges after he accidentally discharged a firearm in a restaurant bathroom, causing a bullet to penetrate the wall and enter the kitchen where employees were working. The incident occurred on Saturday evening in Franklin, and fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the gunshot.
The suspect, Inocencio Julian Martinez, stated he was unloading the handgun when he inadvertently pulled the trigger. Upon investigation, police discovered two handguns and a shotgun at his home.
