Nothing against Readywise but you would easily have to double, triple or quadruple the number of meals or more if the calories are 180-300 per “meal”. Depending on your activity levels and metabolism.
So, cost is much more than it appears initially.
If you figure an average of 240 per “meal”. Oh would need to consume 8 for almost 2000 calories per day. And if extremely active, potentially 10 meals per day for 2400 calories. So almost count on buying 3 to 4 – 72 hour packs per person for 3 days.
